Time = the 1-minute candle's start time, as shown on the Kite chart. The signal is confirmed when that candle closes, one minute later.

Strategy rules used
- 5-min direction, worked out fresh each day from the first 5-min candle (9:15–9:20 for indices, 9:00–9:05 for MCX). The 20 SMA uses the previous day's candles too.
- Bullish when a 5-min candle's body (open and close) is fully above the 20 SMA, any colour. Bearish when fully below. A body touching or crossing the line changes nothing. Wicks are ignored.
- 3 red 5-min candles in a row → bearish, even above the 20 SMA. While price stays above the 20 SMA, only 3 green in a row brings bullish back. Once a candle body touches or crosses the line, the normal rule applies again. The same works in reverse.
- A doji (open = close) counts as part of either 3-in-a-row. Three dojis alone do nothing.
- No signals until the day's first direction is set.
- 1-min signal: candle opens below and closes above the 44 SMA or 200 SMA (bullish), or opens above and closes below (bearish). Counted only if it matches the 5-min direction from the latest 5-min candle that has closed.
- One candle crossing both lines = one signal, shown as "44 + 200".
